We achieve this by reducing by 50-75% the number of days it normally takes to repair a vehicle and return it to the claimant. This means that not only is the vehicle down-time reduced and claimant satisfaction increased, but costs are significantly reduced for the customer also.
Fast Turnaround of repairs is very important to the customer, so the service level agreement we offer customers comes with a guarantee in three levels. Overall repair cycle times of 6, 10 and 12 days, and the customer chooses which service is required per claim. If we fail to provide the repair in the correct time scale, then the customer does not pay for that fast turnaround service.
